Our home care service is one of just 4% in England rated as "Outstanding" and we have a vacancy for a full-time office team member in Ipswich.
Experience in the care sector is essential.
You might be a Senior or a Team Leader wanting to take the next step?
The home care environment can be fast-paced, and the day is varied. Our office Team uses a digital Care Management system, so you should be confident using a computer. You should also be a people person, and someone keen to listen to and support our fantastic Caregiver Team.
The office team occasionally carries out care visits, both within office hours and sometimes outside of hours, to do their part in supporting our clients.
Is this you?
· Well organised, with good attention to detail.
· Good IT skills.
· Good spoken and written communication skills.
· Someone who will help and support 'with a good heart.'
· A driver with your own vehicle.
· Able to participate in a well-managed on-call rota, approx. 1 in 4 weekends and 1 evening a week.
Main Duties & Responsibilities include
Recruitment:
· Arrange interviews and support candidate screening and onboarding processes.
· Coordinate pre-employment checks including enhanced DBS, references, right to work and onboarding.
· Maintain electronic recruitment records and our candidate database.
· Support local recruitment and retention initiatives.
HR Administration & Employee Support
· Coordinate Caregiver support meetings.
. Maintain personnel electronic files.
· Coordinate contracts, probation administration and employment documentation.
· Support return-to-work after absence.
Quality & Workforce Compliance
· Coordinate and record spot checks and quality activities.
· Support internal audits and action plans.
· Assist preparation for CQC inspections and quality reviews.
· Monitor compliance deadlines.
· Support incident administration and follow-up actions.
· Maintain the Caregiver compliance spreadsheet.
Person Specification
Essential
· Experience in the care sector.
· Good organisational skills.
· Good written and verbal communication.
· Confident using IT.
· Ability to manage priorities and maintain confidentiality.
· Good attention to detail.

· Professional and approachable.
· Collaborative and supportive.
· Able to work independently while escalating appropriately.
· Positive attitude and commitment to high standards.
