Many care visits can feel rushed. Ours don't. We are proud to be rated as "Outstanding" by the CQC. Our care inspector said: “People were at the very heart of the service... the philosophy and values were shared across the staff team.”
We Offer You:
Time to Care: Minimum one-hour visits mean you are never rushing. You have time to get to know clients and to make it a rewarding role.
Work-Life Balance: Whether you want 12 or 40 hours a week, we work with you to fit around your life commitments.
Premium Pay: Earn £16.00–£17.00 per hour, plus a mileage allowance to ensure your travel is well-compensated.
Career Prospects: We don't just offer a job; we offer a career path with access to quality training and learning.

Excellent training: to ensure that you are happy and confident in your role. "The training is superb." – Current Care Team Member
So, you don't have a care background?
You don’t need a formal care background, just a caring nature. You might even have personal experience of caring for a loved one. We often find that people from Retail, Hospitality, Hairdressing, or Cleaning sectors have perfect transferable skills. Or you may be a HCA or Carer already and looking for a caring employer! Whatever you are doing right now, being part of our team is very likely more rewarding!
The Role:
We support mainly older adults in our local community, to live independently in their own homes. Your day might include:
Companionship - you might be the only person your client will see that day.
Assisting with light housekeeping to keep the environment tidy, safe, and comfortable.
Helping with routines and personal care.
Preparing meals or shopping.
Accompanying clients to appointments or outings.
All we ask is that you:
Have a caring nature and want to help others.
Hold a full UK or EU/EEA driving licence and have your own vehicle.
Are reliable and can work an agreed pattern. That pattern is negotiable, and could be for example - weekends ONLY; weekends PLUS some evenings; every OTHER weekend PLUS some daytime visits; OR every OTHER weekend PLUS some evenings.
