Our home care service is one of just 4% in England, rated as "Outstanding" and our Caregivers work anything between 16 and 30 hours each week supporting primarily older people in their own homes. It's up to you how many regular clients you would like to support. We work with you to fit around your life commitments.
Supporting adults in your community, our visits are not rushed, and are a minimum of one hour.
We require Caregivers with full availability from 7:00am, plus every other weekend, for this rewarding role. Our team work across our area of Ipswich, Woodbridge and Felixstowe.
Visiting clients in their own homes, you will be assigned and introduced to clients who you get to know well. We support clients with companionship, meal preparation, shopping trips, appointments, medication etc. We are a non-medical service.
We pay for training, and whether or not you have experience of caring, you 'shadow' experienced Caregivers and are personally introduced to our clients.
The hourly salary is £15.00 weekdays, £16.00 evenings and weekends. Bank holidays are paid at double rate. In addition, we pay a generous allowance for mileage between clients; we want the role to be worthwhile for all our team.
No experience is required as we offer comprehensive training at our Ipswich office. We also offer amazing support to ensure that you are happy and confident in the role.

Requirements of a Caregiver:
· Must hold a full and valid UK or EU/EEA driving licence and have access to own vehicle
· Have a genuine passion to want to help others
· Be a reliable person with a positive attitude
. Be able to work alternate weekends on both Saturday and Sunday
